    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and industry outreach.

    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners in the U.S.

    • Deliver compelling product and service presentations tailored to client needs.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to enhance the client experience.

    • Track sales pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools, ensuring consistent progress toward sales goals.

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.

    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Technical Knowledge: Background in precision machining and GD&T.
    • Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
    • Time Management: Ability to balance multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
    Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
    • Industry experience in precision-machined parts for automotive, trucking, or medical manufacturing.
    • Advanced sales techniques, such as consultative or value-based selling.
    • Experience with virtual and in-person sales presentations via Zoom or MS Teams.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
    • Proficient in market analytics and sales strategies.
    • Experience with hydraulics.
