Our client, a growing leader in engineered solutions for industrial and commercial systems, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their high-performing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong technical background and proven sales success. The position serves as a Territory Manager, responsible for building client relationships and providing expert technical service across a territory spanning from Fond du Lac to Green Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients

Provide technical sales expertise with a customer-first mindset
?
Deliver regular on-site service visits and technical support within the assigned territory
?
Apply engineering knowledge (mechanical systems, water chemistry, automation) to provide effective solutions
?
Demonstrate success in managing mid-sized to large accounts and consistently exceeding sales goals
?
Contribute to a positive team culture and the company’s continued growth
?
Travel daily within the territory, with up to 3+ hours of driving per day
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Environmental Engineering strongly preferred)
?
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in commercial or industrial environments
?
Industry experience must include industrial systems, water systems, fluid process control, or manufacturing processes
?
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, chemistry, automation, and system design
?
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, retain customers, and drive new business
?
Must live within 45 minutes of Appleton, WI
