Our client is looking to hire their first North American Sales Engineer to help them keep up with incoming demand for their product. They are currently generating revenue and have some large clients like Stellantis, Tesla, Toyota, and others.
They are a European robotics software company developing a real-time industrial robot guidance solution based on 3D vision and AI.
Their mission is to create a vision system for industrial robots that enables robust real-time decision-making for any type of environment.
They currently work with the top automotive companies in Europe and the US. They are well capitalized after a recent $22 million Series A fundraising round and the guarantee of a Series B round when needed.
In this Sales Engineer role, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue and contribute strategically to the sales function’s growth.
To achieve this goal, you will:
- Be curious and motivated by advanced technology and AI products.
- Identify and engage with large high-potential prospects, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop, prepare, and launch innovative sales and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met, while proposing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Lead the optimization of CRM processes and ensure that all interactions with prospects and clients are documented effectively, providing insights for future improvements.
- Meet with prospects and clients regularly to establish long-term relationships and tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
- Prepare presentations and tailored materials to support client meetings and pitches.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe, building a strong network and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and enhance client experiences.

Compensation
Base Salary: We are flexible for the right candidate and would like to land in the $80,000-$120,000 range plus uncapped commission
Equity: Equity stock options are offered for this position
