    • Put your relationship-building skills to work conducting consultations and maintaining strong client connections throughout project lifecycles
    • Use your analytical abilities to perform detailed site assessments and create accurate project estimates
    • Leverage your strategic thinking to develop and execute territory growth strategies that expand our market presence
    • Apply your project management expertise to coordinate with installation teams and ensure quality execution

    • Utilize your technical skills to create detailed scope documents and maintain accurate records

      Sales/Estimator Qualifications

    • 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
    • Landscaping or similar industry experience highly preferred
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Proficiency with business technology (email, spreadsheets, estimation software)
    • Experience with project estimation or scope development preferred
    • Knowledge of Indianapolis area and local plant species is a plus
    • Valid driver's license and current reliable transportation
