Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales & account management professional. This role combines elements of sales, account management, and strategic partnership building, focusing on providing cutting-edge power solutions to key markets.
- Anticipate $80K-$95K annual base, BOE
- Uncapped commission (envision OTE to be $130K-$150K, all-in)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within specified market
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor power solutions to meet specific client needs
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform business development strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of power solution technologies and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of the time) for client meetings and industry events
