    DIRECT HIRE | SALES EXECUTIVE | KCMO

    Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales & account management professional. This role combines elements of sales, account management, and strategic partnership building, focusing on providing cutting-edge power solutions to key markets.

    • Anticipate $80K-$95K annual base, BOE
    • Uncapped commission (envision OTE to be $130K-$150K, all-in)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within specified market
    • Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure and ongoing support
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor power solutions to meet specific client needs
    • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform business development strategies
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
    • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM software

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management (3+ years preferred)
    • Strong understanding of power solution technologies and market dynamics
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
    • Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of the time) for client meetings and industry events
