    Direct Placement position

    Salary: $110k - $160k with annual bonus

    Scope of Work for the Sales Executive, ICD:

    The ideal candidate chosen for this position will have Automotive, Industrial Chain, or Industrial Product related to Sales & Marketing from one of the below industries:

    • Industrial Chain product (cement, convery, steel, sugar, textile, food, chemical, agriculture, escalator, all processing, and material handling equipment)
    • Industrial Transmission product
    • Industrial Bearing product
    • Industrial product with automotive experience - required

    Job Description Details of the Sales Executive, ICD:

    • Improve the sales & marketing strategy with organizational objectives of achieving the revenue, targets, and organizational goals
    • Lead OEM/RP sales in the United States
    • Explore new business opportunities and liaison with the existing clients to achieve the sales target
    • Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market
    • Analzye and identify the opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenue
    • Identify target customers, push sales, and complete sale process to manage sales
    • Analyze market to obtain latest trend, customer needs, competitor position and depth of customer base to redesign marketing strategy
    • Interact and maintain relationship with existing customers by providing them timely service for thier requirements and share information on new products
    • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity, and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales
    • Coordinate and follow up with the branch in-charges to ensure adequate inventory stock of product is maintained to meet the sales delivery schedules
    • Provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customers

    Requirements of the Sales Executive, ICD:

    • Mininum 4-6 years of proven work history
    • Travel required within the USA, Canada, and Mexico (travel expenses will be reimbursed via expense report)
