    Regional Sales Executive Join Forticon's dynamic team as a Sales Estimator at our rapidly growing company, responsible for overseeing full-cycle sales processes from client acquisition to project completion. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities aimed at driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by expanding and retaining a qualified client base. • Utilize various marketing strategies to generate and solicit new business, including, but not limited to, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and attending industry events. • Identify client needs and effectively demonstrate the value of Forticon's services. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies. • Develop expertise in estimating and preparing accurate estimates and proposals. • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of project documentation to facilitate accurate job costing. • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns. • Planning, organizing, and scheduling work. • Oversee on-site quality control measures and provide feedback for improvement. • Assist in providing training and support to sales team members as needed. • Develop and implement personalized sales and business goals and development plans. • Stay informed about industry trends and Forticon's product offerings. • Foster positive relationships with colleagues across departments. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum five years of proven success in direct/outside sales roles. • Familiarity with estimating processes and principles, preferably in construction or related industries. • Strong mathematical aptitude, including proficiency in geometry. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation: $125,500+ at plan
