Our client, is a unique and new commercial insurance start up that is looking to bring on a Sales Executive The organization has a group of 100 P&C clients that they want the Sales Executive to start with their production opportunities and have the ability to tackle further business. The mission of the organization is to become a Top 5 insurance distributor within the next decade. Their goal is to aim to bring AI technology to the insurance industry and create an experience that amplifies productivity benefiting producers.
Responsibilities:
Making the market and owning the business.
Developing key broker and consultant partnerships.
Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.
Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary/worksite, group life, or group disability insurance.
Experience educating brokers about the need for unique products. Good at developing mindshare and getting partners to take a chance on something new.
Current Life and Health insurance license.
Demonstrated commitment to utilizing new technologies.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 80k - 110k/year range plus commission and also open to buying a book of business.
