    We are seeking two dynamic and highly motivated Enrollment Specialists to join our in-office team in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into enrollments for our medical and esthetic training courses. With a steady stream of qualified leads generated through our extensive advertising efforts, your primary focus will be closing deals and driving revenue.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with warm inbound leads to present and sell medical and esthetic training courses.
    • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, and professional backgrounds to recommend the most suitable training programs.
    • Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and close sales.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to securing enrollment.
    • Provide detailed explanations of course content, benefits, and payment options to prospective students.
    • Overcome objections effectively by addressing client concerns and demonstrating the value of our training programs.
    • Maintain a high conversion rate by leveraging your sales expertise and persuasive communication skills.
    • Track sales performance, call volume, and lead engagement using CRM tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, sales trends, and potential improvements to the sales process.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in sales—industry experience is not required, but strong closing skills are a must.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales role.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and thrive in a results-driven environment.
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and quickly establish trust with prospective clients.
    • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Must be comfortable working full-time in-office in Cleveland, OH.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
    • Commission: Up to $5,000 per month based on performance.
