Sales Executive - IT Solutions - Base Salary to 120k/year - Bellevue, WA

Backed by robust financial support and a rapidly expanding U.S. presence, we are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and client acquisition.
- In this critical role, the Sales Executive will be at the forefront of their U.S. expansion efforts, responsible for building relationships with enterprise clients like Microsoft, driving revenue, and contributing to our clients' go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, engage, and close high- value contracts tailoring IT solutions to the client’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and other key accounts.
- Present IT solutions and consulting services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive the company’s financial success.
- Partner with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Play a role in shaping sales strategies and expanding the company’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions or software sales.
- Proven track record of securing new business and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range, with uncapped commission potential.
