    Position: MDU Wi-Fi License Sales Executive

    We are actively seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our team as an MDU Wi-Fi License Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing licensing agreements with property owners and managers, ensuring that our premier Internet solutions are integrated into residential buildings citywide.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and marketing initiatives.

    • Market Analysis: Research the MDU market to pinpoint key targets and stay ahead of industry trends.

    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, property managers, and decision-makers.

    • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

    • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches and negotiate contracts to secure Wi-Fi licensing agreements.

    • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track client interactions, and report progress to leadership.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of MDU clients.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills.

    • Resilient mindset—comfortable handling rejection and unresponsive prospects.

    • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Experience in sales, real estate, or technology is a plus!

    • NYC-based or within close proximity (preferred).

    • Passion for technology and a results-oriented approach to sales.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

    • Competitive Base Salary: $42,500 - $58,500 per year

    • Uncapped Commission Potential! Top performers can exceed $120K annually.
