Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your role will involve prospecting, presenting products or services, and negotiating deals to contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research, leads, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Present products or services to clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating value.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate successful delivery of products/services.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand network and represent the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
