Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and build connections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of sales experience, we want hungry sales people - so logistics experience isn't always required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in learning sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
