Senior Sales Representative
As a Senior Solar Sales Representative at Sunbright Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and promoting the benefits of solar energy to residential customers. Join the #1 growing industry in the nation awarded top 5 Solar company in Florida declared by Forbes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- _ Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy to potential clients through high level sales techniques._
- _ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and present terms to close deals._
- _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction._
- _ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and solar technology advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers._
- _ Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity._
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- _ Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices._
- _ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers._
- _ Ability to effectively present and articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner._
- _ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team._
- _ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience._
- _ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes._
