    Job Description

    Trade planning & analysis:

    • Assist in the planning and implementation of pricing and trade programming for Juice, Teas, and Arils product lines across portfolio/brand/channels
    • Conduct review of upcoming promotions to ensure spend and volume are properly reflected in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system
    • Manage promotional activity in TPM system including approving deals submitted by Sales team
    • Work with IT team to address complications and issues with TPM system
    • Play key role in planning discussions with Sales team by assessing individual customer plans and providing guidance as necessary
    • Monitor trade spend to ensure that trade funds are being properly deployed to support hitting volume targets while staying within budget
    • Maintain model for use in analyzing Fresh pricing performance throughout the season
    • Conduct post-promotion analysis to identify most effective and efficient promotions
    • Capture, assess, and communicate promotional activity by account / channel
    • Manage reporting of weekly shipments and sales data for monthly roundtable meetings
    • Perform ad hoc trade finance analysis for CFO and finance team as needed

    Sales execution:

    • Support new product launches by working closely with Brand team to develop promotional programs to secure new distribution.
    • Work closely with Supply Planning team to communicate any major change to promotional or sales plans that could impact demand.
    • Manage item maintenance in all GDSN data sync platforms such as GS1, 1WorldSync, and Syndigo.
    • Track weekly and monthly sales metrics and communicate updates to senior business leaders.
    • Engage sales leaders daily to follow up on sales performance and create interventions to drive sales.
    • Work closely with Accounting team on validating/approving deductions and repay requests.
    • Facilitate project tracking discussion for sales operations team on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of experience in sales planning within the consumer packaged goods industry.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Proven executive presentation skills with the ability to use data for storytelling.
    • Demonstrated ability analyze sales data swiftly and effectively.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.
    • Knowledge of standard project management and milestone-based task management.
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related area preferred.

    Pay Rate: $75,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
