We’re looking for a dynamic Fitness Manager to join our team! If you’re energetic, motivated, and love exceeding goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Operations Manager to drive membership and personal training revenue. Your day-to-day will include making calls, providing club tours, selling memberships, and maintaining an effective referral program. Success in this role means hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets while fostering strong relationships with prospective and current members.

What We’re Looking For: • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness • Strong lead prospecting skills (phone outreach, cold calling, walk-ins, social media, networking) • A positive, team-oriented attitude • Passion for health and fitness • Ability to perform fitness assessments (a plus) • Personal training certification (a plus)
