    Clinical Outreach Coordinator – Behavioral Health

    We are a compassionate, energetic, and supportive team dedicated to providing the highest quality Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services and increasing access to care in our community. We are seeking a passionate and motivated outreach professional to join us.

    About the Role:

    The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, remote position with regular local travel and occasional in-person meetings in Concord, MA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all potential referral sources, developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase client volume and enhance program visibility. The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with clinical staff to align business development efforts with clinical operations.

    Position Details:

    • Reports to: Clinical Director

    • Salary: Starting at $65,000

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in behavioral health

    • Access to an operational and insured vehicle

    • Willingness to learn about DBT

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all sales, marketing, and outreach efforts

    • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase client volume

    • Meet monthly targets for new intake appointments

    • Conduct outreach to hospitals, practices, schools, and advocacy organizations

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and agencies

    • Monitor marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

    • Represent the organization at networking events and conferences

    • Develop and implement social media and online content strategies

    $90,000 per year
