Sales & Growth Team Leader — Inside Sales & Marketing Manager
We’re building a high-performance inside sales and marketing team from our headquarters in Orange County — and we’re looking for a true leader with strong personal sales skills and high standards to take the reins. This is a “player and coach” role — you’ll be expected to build the team, drive performance, and lead by example, including stepping in to close deals, run campaigns, and hit targets when necessary. Note: This is a Full-Time, Onsite Job — Tustin or Orange, California Must live in Orange County and be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: • Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $80,000+ • Performance bonuses and potential equity • Health benefits + PTO • Leadership and growth opportunity • Work directly with company leadership and help shape the future Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Build, manage, and train a high-performing inside sales and marketing team • Personally lead outreach, follow-up, and sales initiatives when needed • Implement and manage our CRM (Pipedrive or HubSpot), automation, and AI tools • Design and execute outbound campaigns via email, calling, and social media • Drive lead follow-up and nurturing workflows using automation and VAs • Develop marketing content and oversee multi-channel campaigns • Set and enforce high-performance standards, daily KPIs, and reporting • Hire and onboard team members, including remote contractors Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales performer with the ability to close deals personally • Minimum 3+ years in inside sales, sales ops, or marketing management • Leadership experience managing sales or marketing teams • Strong CRM and automation expertise (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Make, Zapier, Clay, etc.) • High attention to detail, strong follow-up discipline, and a hands-on mentality • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and automation platforms • Local to Orange County and able to work onsite full-time (M–F 8 am–5 pm) Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 plus performance bonuses
