Job Description: We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to grow both personally and professionally. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, and you're willing to cold-call, then this is the job for you. We offer a base salary and commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and staff.
• Be on time for all estimates
• Cold call to generate relationships with roofers, builders, and other referral sources
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Willingness to attend networking events on a weekly basis
