Sales Hybrid Role
Compensation: Base pay plus unlimited commission. Base pay is reviewable every 6 months.
Insurance license preferred but not required. Must obtain license within a set time after onboarding.
Sales Responsibilities
Explain coverage features and benefits and handle objections and questions.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to include all assigned classes in my learning and working with OPS onboarding and one on one with Agent.
Track each call and discuss results with Agent as required by Agent.
Enter all information correctly in CRM.
When presenting, you are expected to verify and communicate only accurate and correct insurance information. If you don’t know an answer, you are expected to find out and then reach out with correct information- no guessing in Insurance.
Sales Performance Indicators
Number of calls made and answered.
Number of policies sold.
CRM system usage and accuracy
Customer Service Representative
Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance policies, claims, and billing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Comply with all company policies and industry regulations.
Agent Responsibility
· Provide training on obtaining marketing list and call list.
· Provide all resources and training needed to perform calls.
· Train staff on documenting all interactions with customers and completed job activities.
Sales are priority but Customer Servicing is important as well. Everyone will have defined roles, subject to change daily and are expected to be flexible. All people, if not presenting will be available to serve customers.

Qualifications needed:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Licensing: Obtain insurance license post-onboarding, if not licensed already.
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and tech proficiency.
Flexibility: Work remotely and in-person.
Self-Motivation: Independent and target driven.
Customer-Focused: Commitment to excellent service.
