Responsibilities:
Reach out to businesses to introduce and promote our recruiting services.
Conduct outreach activities, including emails, calls, and social media engagement, to identify potential clients.
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with client interactions and progress.
Research and identify new opportunities to support company growth.
Represent the Autopilot Recruiting brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
Interest in sales, business development, or a related field (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools and communication platforms.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a flexible, fast-paced remote environment.
