    As a Sales Intern on our Central Sales Team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic sales initiatives with a major automotive customer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze data to drive business decisions, and contribute to customer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for students seeking a career in sales, business development, or the automotive industry.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support : Assist the Central Sales Team in managing relationships with our key customer.
    • Data Analysis : Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Presentation Development : Support the creation of sales presentations, reports, and customer materials.
    • Competitive Benchmarking: Research and summarize market intelligence and competitor activity.
    • Sales Forecasting: Assist in tracking and managing sales pipelines, revenue projections, and business planning.
    • Process Improvement: Support initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Work with colleagues within Bosch and customers to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
    • Event Participation: Attend internal and external sales meetings, customer events, and industry conferences when applicable.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, order tracking, and other support tasks as needed.
    • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, logistics, and finance, to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
