    OVERVIEW

    Orange Barrel Media is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Sales Inventory Coordinator to join our team. Work in tandem with colleagues in the same position to support the Senior Sales Inventory Manager in overseeing and tracking the availability of all digital and static inventory, providing real-time availability updates to internal teams and external partners, and helping onboard new inventory. This position follows a 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST shift to ensure dedicated support for our West Coast Sales team.

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset are essential. This role requires flexibility and a collaborative, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Provide timely, high-quality support to the Sales team, acting as a key resource for inventory-related needs
    • Support the Sales Inventory Manager with day-to-day inventory operations, including:
    • Managing a high volume of inbound inventory hold requests with accuracy and urgency
    • Handling pre- and post-launch trafficking tasks and responding to related inquiries
    • Resolving inventory availability conflicts quickly and efficiently
    • Producing, editing, and advising on time-sold and pre-emption strategies to optimize inventory
    • Reviewing and updating inventory to maximize time sold on all inventory
    • Keeping all property calendars accurate and up-to-date
    • Communicate daily with the Sales team to track the status of campaign holds and inventory availability
    • Assist with creating and managing campaigns in the Ayuda sales platform
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Accounting, and Development, as needed
    • Use Trello to track contracts and scheduling, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible

    ABOUT YOU

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset

    • Strong problem solver who remains calm and resourceful in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Comfortable working autonomously, making informed decisions, and adapting quickly to evolving needs
    • Flexible, positive, and ready to take on new or unfamiliar challenges with confidence.
    • Highly organized with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
    • 3+ years of experience in the advertising or media industry preferred
    • Proficient with both Mac and PC platforms
