    Job Summary for Sales

    We are an expanding international brand known for car re-selling and are now seeking a new Japanese English bilingual Sales to join our team! This position involves assisting Japanese expatriate customers with vehicle sales and purchases. The role primarily focuses on in-store consultations, it may also include online meetings or in-home consultations.     Responsibilities for Sales

    ・Scheduling and conducting consultations from initial appointment to follow-ups

    ・Providing recommendations on suitable vehicles and additional options

    ・Handling vehicle inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance

    ・Participating in auto auctions for vehicle sales and acquisitions

    ・Collecting market data and customer insights for marketing strategies

    Training & Onboarding for Sales

    New hires will shadow experienced sales staff to learn essential skills and business processes. No prior experience in the automotive industry is required basic business etiquette and communication skills are sufficient to get started!

    Qualifications for Sales

    ・Valid driver’s license (driving record submission required)

    ・Fluent in Japanese

    ・Basic Excel & Word proficiency

    ・Strong teamwork and a friendly, professional attitude

    ・Must be able to relocate to branches out of state

    ・Experience in customer service or sales preferred

    Work Schedule for Sales

    ・Full-Time: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour break)

    ・Days Off: Two days per week + company-designated holidays
