Compensation:

• Commission Only (High Earning Potential) Growth opportunities based on performance, 8 months negotiation offer. potential salary PTO and Retirement plan

• Tier 1 Jobs: $108.84 per sale

• Tier 2 Jobs: $189.69 per sale

• Tier 3 Jobs: $241.22 per sale

• $100 Bi-Weekly Gas Stipend

About Us:

InchargeE LLC is a fast-growing electrical contracting company specializing in EV charger installations for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a motivated, hungry, and driven sales professional to join our team and help expand our customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct 10+ site visits per week to generate and close deals.

• Engage with new customers, convert leads into sales, and build relationships.

• Work hand-in-hand with our Senior Sales Rep (Blake) to refine your sales strategy and maximize earnings.

• Educate potential customers about the benefits of EV chargers and available rebates.

• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive mindset.

• Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).

• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to connect with customers and explain technical concepts simply.

• Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
