    The Sales Lead Generation Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for Sani-Matic’s sales team. This includes identifying new opportunities, utilizing tools like trade journals, social media, and networking, and assisting the sales team in connecting with key decision-makers. The coordinator will maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), track lead progress, and collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional materials. The role requires strong research skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and support the company's overall sales objectives.

    Performance Objectives

    First 30 Days – Learning and Integration

    • Familiarize with Sani-Matic's product offerings, including their system technologies and services.
    • Understand current sales processes and the tools used (e.g., Salesforce CRM).
    • Meet with the sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand the company’s goals and strategies.
    • Begin researching industry trends and potential customer needs to identify target markets.
    • Begin managing the CRM system by inputting accurate lead and sales data

    60 Days – Contribution and Building Relationships

    • Develop and begin executing lead generation strategies by utilizing trade journals, social media, and networking events.
    • Establish a pipeline of high-quality leads and start reaching out to potential customers.
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify active projects and key decision-makers, assisting in appointment scheduling.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for lead generation campaigns
    • Begin providing regular reports detailing business activities, progress, and strategic insights to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

    90 Days – Leadership and Refinement

    • Take ownership of lead generation campaigns and refine them based on feedback and performance metrics.
    • Continue to build and nurture relationships with customers and industry partners.
    • Actively identify and act on new growth opportunities through market research.
    • Assist in refining the broader business development strategy based on lead generation data and industry trends.
    • Maintain a steady and accurate flow of leads into the CRM system, ensuring it is updated and well-organized.
