    We are looking for people with successful sales experience. We are a luxury car hauling business. Experience and knowledge about cars is a plus but not mandatory. You would need to find ways to overachieve and keep building business. Making cold calls and calling on some proven accounts. The ability to connect online, on the phone and face to face.

    The purpose of the Sales Representative is to produce sales by bringing in new business, build relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully booking and moving vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

    The Sales Representative also assists with customer service and dispatch.

    Executes sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.

    Strive to be number one in level of personal sales production.

    Emphasize the benefits of shipping with Shaughnessy Overland Inc. in our enclosed trailers and our knowledge and experience of choosing the right shipper for broker orders.

    Book outside appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.

    Participate in special events.

    Competitive base rate and commission paid on sales.

    Opportunities for growth within the company structure including additional sales and management positions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and industry trends
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through warm calling and lead generation
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in outbound calling or business development
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED is required, college experience is preferred

    Previous experience as a call center manager or in a similar managerial position

    Strong grasp of customer service metrics and key performance indicators in a call center setting

    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
