    Are you a dedicated Life Insurance Agent, or have an interest in becoming one? Do you have exceptional customer service abilities? Join our rapidly growing agency and play a crucial role in helping clients reach their financial objectives. As a frontline representative, you will guide NEW customers through our range of products, handle inquiries; and cultivate a growing list of LEADS to generate NEW business. This remote position offers the convenience of working from home. We provide training & coaching to assist you. Plus, we have WARM leads!! Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals • Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Contact prospects requesting information (leads) • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business • Help others do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling • Manage time & cultivate clients • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology • High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you) • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail • Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options • Personal grit that drives learning & growth • Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill • Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team • Heart that truly cares about helping others (clients & teammates) • Entrepreneurial mindset • Enjoy talking with people, helping others, & making a difference! Compensation: $140,500 at plan earnings
