    Job Summary Arrow Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of cutting edge digital printing and finishing equipment for the labels and packaging industry.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals.

    The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

    Responsibilities

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

    Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers

    Meet or exceed designated sales targets

    Create and implement an effective sales strategy

    Help create marketing content to drive new leads

    Travel to tradeshows to promote equipment and find new leads

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Previous experience in sales preferred

    Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

    The position is base salary plus commissions on sales. We have a large database of leads and do a lot of marketing and tradeshows to acquire new leads.
