    Position Summary: At American Screening Corporation (ASC), we aim to be the global leader in medical testing by partnering with 5 million companies and delivering positive outcomes to 1 billion people. Our Sales Managers play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and optimizing the customer service experience. As a Sales Manager, you will manage and inspire a sales team, ensuring alignment with our mission to provide high-quality medical products and services through advanced technology delivery.

    Objectives:

    Lead a sales team of 5–15 representatives.

    Achieve and exceed sales revenue goals.

    Facilitate, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

    Monitor productivity using key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to improve outcomes.

    Coach and motivate Sales Representatives to enhance productivity.

    Identify opportunities for revenue growth and manage them effectively.

    Ensure new team members are onboarded and oriented to ASC’s expectations and culture.

    Drive revenue and meet targeted quotas.

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Delegate responsibilities and track results for continuous improvement.

    Foster teamwork and create a positive, motivating environment.

    Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver unique value propositions.

    Generate and distribute quarterly commission reports for the sales team.

    Competencies:

    Proven experience in sales and team leadership, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

    Skilled in delivering impactful sales presentations and motivating teams.

    Knowledgeable about sales performance metrics and evaluation techniques.

    Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, ChatGPT).

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships.

    Consistently energetic, positive, and goal-oriented.

    Passionate about innovation in medical testing and dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction.

    Education and Experience:

    Over 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

    Demonstrable success in leading sales teams and achieving targets.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).

    Physical Requirements:

    Standard office setting with typical equipment usage.

    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

    Mobility for prolonged periods if required.

    Occasional travel for meetings, training, or events.
