  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The position’s primary purpose is to drive organic growth. Grow branch revenues by adding new, profitable customers while growing and retaining existing customers.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Manage, develop and support a team that is comprised of: eight (8) Account Managers, one (1) Inside Sales Representative, one (1) Sales Operations Analyst.
    • Develop, execute, and deliver results on the branch organic growth strategy.
    • Determine priority customer targets for the branch and drive territory growth.
    • Performance management and coaching team members to deliver desired results.
    • Review and approve proposals to ensure profitability and strategy to win.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor’s offers to determine value wedge and pricing strategies.
    • Report and present business results to branch management and senior leadership team.
    • Work with Sales Operations Analyst to drive usage of CRM and ensure data quality.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience/Background:

    • 7+ years track record of sales success and demonstrated expertise
    • Technical knowledge/experience in hazardous waste industry
    • Management experience of a high performing team
    • Experience of delivering consultative, technical sales

    • Focused on results and aggressive in achieving them
    • High detail orientation

    • Focus on team relationships and retention while driving for results
    • Presentation skills
