    Responsibilities

    Manage a group of sales professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership

    Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team

    Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team

    Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget

    Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed

    Qualifications

    Minimum 6 months experience in sales

    1-2 yrs of experience in B2B sales

    Previous management and leadership experience required

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales processes

    Routine-driven with a rapid growth mindset

    Self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
