    Position Description The Sales Manager leads a dynamic team of multi-level salespeople focusing on achieving company sales goals.

    Solid in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Working knowledge of CRM, specifically Pipedrive

    5 years - Sales Management Experience - REQUIRED

    Professional sales skills, especially aircraft sales, and/or luxury assets

    Able to process data effectively including: KPI (Key Performance Indicator Reports), Call logs, and email CRM history.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership/Development: Takes an active role in mentoring and developing the Sales Team to utilize the developed sales plan in order to reach the corporate goals

    Hiring and Training: Will be responsible for hiring Sales Associates, along with the Sales Associate Manager, and Sales Executives.

    CRM Management: Will ensure that the CRM is being utilized by the Sales Team effectively by reviewing weekly the progress of deals within the Pipeline.

    Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the Sales Team’s performance, focusing on daily activities such as the requirements listed in KPI standards

    Collaboration: Work directly with Sales Executives to manage deals, strategize on conversions, and create seamless support for both the customer and the Sales Executives.

    Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's CRM proficiency, skills, and product knowledge.

    Guidance: Be available to give guidance and support when needed throughout the different stages of the deal.

    Measured Growth: Show quantified improvement of the Sales Team’s performance, top line sales, and skills.

    Manage New Leads and Conversions: Effectively manage the follow up process of New Leads in order to increase conversion rates.

    Hours 45 hours per week minimum 8:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F Every other Saturday required.
