    We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Manager to augment the efforts of our Marketing Director in achieving desired occupancy levels and other corporate objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilizes innovative sales processes and systems to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals in accordance with the corporate objectives.

    Markets community services and programs to prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process and adapts marketing, presentation, and education based on the specific needs of the prospective resident.

    Interface with local referral sources including legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities, clergy, medical insurance providers, and other local community contacts

    Represents the community and increases awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement in the local market. Follows up and executes sales process with all leads from events.

    Researches and provides recommendations for content and delivery of brochures, flyers, press releases and other forms of media that promote community services.

    Monitors conversion ratios regarding sales performance and business development calls and collects and analyzes data to prepare monthly reports. Makes recommendations to management regarding broader marketing and retention strategies.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    5+ years outside sales experience preferred

    Prior experience working in a service-related industry, hospitality or health care sales is required.

    Proficient in internet & social media advertising is a plus

    Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events.
