Sales Manager Assistant for Real Estate Team Can be full time or part time. The Sales Manager Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the real estate team by ensuring agents stay accountable to their goals, tracking performance metrics, and managing reporting for the owner. This individual will have a strong understanding of the team’s tech stack, assist with agent productivity, and help streamline operations to drive sales success. Responsibilities: Agent Accountability & Performance Tracking • Monitor agent activities and ensure they meet performance benchmarks. • Track key sales metrics, including appointments set, contracts signed, and closed deals. • Ensure agents follow up with leads in a timely manner and utilize the CRM effectively. • Schedule regular check-ins with agents to review progress and identify areas for improvement. • Provide ongoing encouragement and hold agents accountable for their sales goals. Reporting & Data Management • Generate and analyze reports on agent performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health. • Present weekly and monthly sales updates to the owner with insights and action plans. • Track lead sources and return on investment (ROI) to optimize marketing efforts. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms. Technology & CRM Management • Maintain and update the team’s CRM (Follow-Up Boss) and ensure agents use it correctly. • Train agents on team systems, including MLS, marketing tools, and reporting dashboards. • Identify and troubleshoot tech issues related to lead management, automation, and communication tools. • Stay updated on new features or upgrades within the tech stack and implement improvements. Operational Support & Process Improvement • Assist with onboarding new agents by ensuring they understand sales expectations and systems. • Streamline team processes to improve efficiency and agent productivity. • Support in organizing sales training, team meetings, and role-play sessions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation efforts. Qualifications: • Experience in Sales Support, Real Estate, or Administrative Roles (preferred). • Strong Tech Proficiency – Experience with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss preferred), MLS, and lead tracking tools. • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to track multiple agents, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. • Strong Analytical Skills – Can interpret sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations. • Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills – Comfortable holding agents accountable while maintaining a positive team culture. • Self-Motivated & Proactive – Ability to take initiative and work independently. • Familiarity with Real Estate Sales Processes – Understanding of the transaction pipeline, lead conversion, and agent expectations. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
