The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving agent productivity, enhancing team performance, and being accountable for our sales goal each quarter. This person will be data-driven and gifted at translating the data into actionable steps that move the needle for the sales team. Responsibilities: • Digest sales data and turn them into action steps for the company and individual agents to hit their goals • Conduct one-on-ones with agents • Run monthly call nights • Accountable for quarterly sales goals • Facilitate quarterly agent planning sessions • Identify gaps in agent performance vs plan and close the gaps • Create and run sales contests • Ensure that sales processes are followed • Turn company opportunities into closed business • Liaison with our enterprise-level accounts • Contributing member of the executive team Qualifications: • Great at digesting data for use in decision-making • You have that special gift of making a hard conversation still feel caring and empathetic while not sugarcoating what needs to be said and done • Natural galvanizer • You have run a sales team in software, tech, car sales, real estate, mortgage, title, or similar sales-driven industries • You genuinely care about the people on your team and their success • Strong oral and written communication skills Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Base + Performance Bonus
