    Job Overview:

    Within the capacity of a Sales Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in fostering the expansion and development of the local market. The chosen individual for this position will be actively engaged in the process of selecting and recruiting new Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will provide coaching and developmental support to enhance their skills and capabilities. Your responsibilities will include guiding and prioritizing Sales initiatives, ensuring optimal results and maximizing revenue generation. You will be given the freedom to develop systems and processes to help expand our company footprint.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of five years of management experience is required, along with the ability to provide guidance and support to a team.

    Develop innovative concepts to enhance efficiency within the department and in partnerships.

    Establish goals at various leadership levels to align with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Possess experience in designing and refining systems that foster the growth and development of leaders.

    Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

    Exhibit expertise in identifying motivators and aligning them with organizational needs to achieve optimal results.

    Establish and nurture strong professional relationships effectively.

    Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.

    Exhibit adaptability to diverse and evolving demands.

    Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
