Responsibilities: • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to lead a team • Prior sales experience is extremely important • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
