Compensation: • First-year income expected to reach $140,000 • Health Benefits • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs • Engage with prequalified leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Qualify new leads through research and discovery, ensuring a good fit with the company's offerings. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for upselling and repeat business. • Negotiate terms and close sales with a focus on delivering value to both the customer and the company. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Proven track record of sales success • Real Estate Industry or related industry experience is required Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
