    We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges. Compensation: • First-year income expected to reach $140,000 • Health Benefits • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs • Engage with prequalified leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Qualify new leads through research and discovery, ensuring a good fit with the company's offerings. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for upselling and repeat business. • Negotiate terms and close sales with a focus on delivering value to both the customer and the company. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Proven track record of sales success • Real Estate Industry or related industry experience is required Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
