  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage market studies and utilize market segmentation methodology, including customer and product mix management, to maximize selling prices, gross margins, and profitability.
    • Analyze product sales by location, developing and enacting strategies to ensure balance between production and sales.
    • Lead the sales team in developing an annual revenue plan that furthers company growth and meets company objectives.
    • Establish new customers and determine how to best enter new markets while maintaining aggressive pricing. Maintain relationships with key customers in support of the sales team and company plan.
    • Provide market analysis to support capital expenditure requests and other projects.
    • Drive sales processes that focus the sales team in achieving and exceeding planned revenues by product, location and ASP.
    • Provide leadership, direction, assistance, and training to sales employees to maximize their effectiveness and achieve agreed goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with aggregate operations in support of meeting the annual plan, customer needs and supplying quality materials and service.
    • Participate in representing the company in local communities and within trade associations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • In depth knowledge of sales management and process driven results.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or construction management or 10 plus years of related industry experience.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency.
    • Analytical, data focused, and metrics driven with strong team management experience.
    • Proven commitment to team success and possess the grit to successfully work through challenges and achieve objectives.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and organizational influence skills.
    • Able to interact with the public, staff, neighbors, and management in a positive, courteous and respectful manner.
    • Knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Compensation
    $120,000-$150,000 per year
