    Job Overview:

    A leader in advanced woodworking machinery, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to enhance our Woodworking Division. This role ideally suits a candidate based in Greensboro, NC, with a preference for individuals fluent in Spanish. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, forging strong customer relationships, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market dynamics within the woodworking industry.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic sales plans tailored to meet and exceed corporate objectives.
    • Identify business opportunities by understanding prospects' requirements and transforming them into business proposals.
    • Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
    • Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and trends.
    • Liaise with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
    • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to boost brand visibility and develop further industry connections.
    • Offer feedback on market trends and competitive activities to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
    • Manage complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support the drafting of contracts to ensure that all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Proven track record in sales, specifically within the woodworking machinery industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and preferably Spanish.
    • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet business demands.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a similar role within the woodworking or related machinery sector.
    • Technical knowledge of woodworking machinery and equipment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
