Sales Manager Dispositions Team - GG Homes | San Diego, CA We’re looking for a confident, collaborative, and people-savvy leader to drive performance and support excellence on our Dispositions (Wholesale) Team. This role blends sales leadership with customer success—leading a high-performing team of Dispo Managers, troubleshooting deal flow in real time, and making decisive calls to maximize revenue and build strong buyer relationships. Responsibilities: About the Role As the Sales Manager for our Dispositions Team, you’ll be the go-to resource for helping your team succeed—jumping in to problem-solve deals, supporting tough buyer negotiations, and making sure the right offers win the right deals. You’ll coach, develop, and train your team to build strong pipelines, close more revenue, and form lasting buyer partnerships. This role calls for someone who thrives on people-first leadership, can manage many moving pieces, and enjoys guiding both team performance and client outcomes. Your insight and decision-making will directly influence our revenue, buyer relationships, and team growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training programs focused on negotiation, relationship-building, and deal closing • Track individual performance metrics, including the number of deals closed per month and revenue brought in • Conduct daily check-ins and regular coaching sessions to drive accountability and skill growth • Jump in to help troubleshoot tough deals, offer buyer support, and unlock stalled negotiations • Coordinate property walks between Dispo Managers, buyers, and internal teams • Own the process of reviewing offers and selecting the best one for each property • Support team members in strategic pricing and buyer negotiations • Partner with leadership to ensure team alignment with company revenue goals • Champion CRM best practices and consistent data entry to maintain accurate reporting • Develop and mentor future leaders on the Dispositions team Plan and execute ongoing training sessions and support onboarding for new team members Qualifications: Qualifications: • Track record of strong sales leadership and team development • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales coaching • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Confident decision-maker who can balance revenue targets with relationship dynamics • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and provide real-time support • Highly organized, collaborative, and coachable • Real estate or wholesale experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $120,000 Base plus Quarterly Bonuses for $200,00 plus OTE
