    Infinite Home Solutions is not your average home services company. We’re California’s largest certified RoofMaxx dealer and a rapidly growing roofing, home repair, and rejuvenation force based in Fresno—serving the entire Central Valley.     Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s not afraid to lead from the front.

    This is not a cushy corner-office gig. This is a full-contact sport. You’ll be in the field, in homes, on roofs, and in the trenches with the sales team—coaching, closing, and conquering.

    We need a working manager who thrives in the grind. Someone who understands the pressure of performance, the thrill of in-home sales, and the payoff of building a top-producing sales machine. If you’ve got experience selling home services, roofing, or have led sales teams in any high-ticket B2C arena, you’re who we’re looking for.

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    Lead the Sales Charge – Run sales appointments, close deals, and train others to do the same with precision.

    Build a Dream Team – Recruit, train, and develop in-home sales pros who can carry your systems and hit quotas.

    Install a Proven Sales Process – Use our scripts, our system, and your own know-how to ensure consistency, accountability, and RESULTS.

    Track, Manage, and Motivate – Own the sales KPIs, hold the team accountable, and lead weekly meetings like a boss.

    Own Your Market – Be the face of our sales division and take pride in knowing you’re leading the Central Valley’s best.

    The Right Candidate Will:

    Have a successful track record in in-home or home services sales (roofing a HUGE bonus)

    Be comfortable managing, hiring, and training a team—while also performing

    Know how to follow AND enforce a script

    Thrive on structure, accountability, and winning

    Be a closer first, a coach second—and a culture driver at all times

    Be unafraid of heights, ladders, or responsibility

    Have exceptional communication and organizational skills

    Be tech-savvy enough to manage a CRM, digital calendars, and reports

    Compensation:

    Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure
