Responsibilities: • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Develop and train your team to better serve your customers • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 hourly
