New York Life Insurance Company is currently in search of supervisors to join our Fast Track Partner initiative. We are seeking out individuals with leadership qualities who could potentially be chosen to join our General Office as a Partner. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional to acquire practical experience. Once you fulfill the program criteria, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner. In this position, you will be tasked with recruiting and nurturing your own team of financial professionals. You will also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a rigorous six-month course designed to prepare you for success as a manager. Responsibilities: • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner. • Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs. • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Qualifications: • Sales experience required. • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career. • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry. • Strong leadership skills. • Exceptional communication skills. • Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus. Compensation: $112,500
