Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for representing and driving the sales efforts of Hägglunds large hydraulic drive (LHD) products and services to our customers in the USA. The Sales Manager supports sales engineers and aftermarket sales associates by focusing on engagement with OEM & end user accounts to promote and increase the sales, and services of the Hägglunds product range. The Sales Manager will also have responsibility for assigned vertical market segment support in the USA.
The Sales Manager should have strong communication & organizational skills along with the desire to present the value of the Hägglunds solution to customers. The Sales Manager will be the coach and mentor to the sales team on acquisition of new OEM business and increasing the aftermarket footprint in the region.
The Sales Manager will interact regularly with customers, executives, sales personnel and other Hägglunds and Bosch Rexroth employees to follow up on new inquiries and execution of existing orders. The level of quality displayed in the execution of this role can significantly impact Hägglunds & Bosch Rexroth’s reputation in the industry.
