✅ Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Outside Sales Advisors to drive revenue growth. ✅ Maximize team performance through structured training, mentorship, and accountability. ✅ Continuously refine and improve sales processes to increase closing rates and profitability. ✅ Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets are met or exceeded. ✅ Hold team members accountable while maintaining a culture of motivation and success. ✅ Support your team 24/7, ensuring weekend and evening availability as needed.
