NOW HIRING A SALES MANAGER IN OUR RALEIGH (Falls of Neuse Rd) LOCATION WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS INSPIRING, LEADING & COACHING OTHERS!
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK - DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKEND SHIFTS.
The individual in this position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets (with an eye for effective marketing strategies) and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Sales Manager for the Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate must meet and/or exceed in the following:
Have a great personality & interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, coach & inspire
Ability to hold the team accountable
1 -2 years minimum managerial experience with a track record of success. Be able to speak on your strategy to drive your team's performance!
sales experience with hitting key metrics.
Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base
Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits
Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success
Using sound judgement, work independently, with minimal supervision
Be able to meet and/or exceed monthly goals
Maintain a positive, friendly, upbeat and professional demeanor always
Ability & desire to build & develop a successful team
Strong communication skills
Organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and has a sense of humor
Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits
Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
Manage inventory effectively
Ability to, professionally & tactfully, handle any situation that arises within the spa
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state and federal laws and regulations
