The Sales Manager will oversee and guide the sales team in meeting established sales goals, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and converted. This role is key to fostering a positive, results-driven culture within the team and ensuring continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring the sales personnel to improve their closing rates and lead management. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Keep the sales team focused on meeting their goals and cultivate a positive, productive work culture. • Ensure the team is properly staffed and resourced to reach targets. Reporting & Tracking: • Create monthly performance reports to track KPIs and analyze sales data. • Set daily activity goals for sales personnel to ensure they are on track to meet conversion targets. Sales Process Improvement: • Regularly review and refine the sales process to maximize efficiency and ensure targets are met. • Oversee proper follow-ups for all leads to drive conversions. Training & Coaching: • Provide continuous training, support, and coaching to sales agents to improve their closing percentages and sales effectiveness. CRM & Lead Management: • Ensure that leads are categorized correctly in the CRM and that appropriate follow-up actions are taken. • Make sure leads have email addresses to receive monthly marketing communications. Lead Handling Oversight: • Oversee the handling of daily incoming leads, ensuring prompt responses and optimal conversion efforts. • Work with our answering service to ensure effective communication and service delivery for incoming leads. Contract & Property Oversight: • Ensure all inspections and final walkthroughs are completed on time, in collaboration with sales agents and the property team. CRM & Technology Support: • Provide oversight of our CRM and collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to optimize its functionality. Cold Outreach Program: • Manage and support remote or onsite cold callers, ensuring that outreach is being conducted effectively and team members are meeting objectives. • Oversee the hiring and replacement of cold callers as needed to maintain program success. Lead Protocol Management: • Ensure all incoming leads follow the established protocol, in collaboration with the sales team and leadership. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in a related industry. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools. • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive success. • Experience with cold calling programs and lead generation strategies is a plus. Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 yearly
