The Hyspeco Sales Manager position is responsible for planning and overseeing sales activities within a defined territory and managing outside sales representatives and distributors. They will lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, and creating sales plans while building their team. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and 5 years of field sales experience or equivalent. • Technical knowledge of aerospace/aviation manufacturing special practices.
